Q: What is the fastest shipping method Certified Air Safety can offer me in the continental US & Canada?

A: We are as close to you as your UPS driver! In most cases we can offer 3-5 day turnaround on most repairs to your equipment as well. Also, we can provide same day shipping via UPS for replacement parts to your portable gas detectors if you're in a hurry! Q: I have a gas detection tool that needs repair and fast. Are you able to help me out?

A: We are able to provide a speedy 3-5 day turnaround on most repairs. Once you have submitted a Repair Request to our technicians, we will be able to assess the situation fully and inform you of what to expect as far as timeframe and labor involved.


Q: I shipped my equipment. When will I hear from you next?

A: We will provide prompt notification upon receipt of your equipment and also provide a prompt follow up in regards to cost and repair. This will either be via the email address or the phone number you provided when making the Service Request. If we need to contact you at a different email address or phone number, please be sure to note this in your request.


Q: Do you use a preferred shipping vendor?

A: We do not have a preferred shipping vendor. When we contact you to verify your quote request, we will work out a shipping solution based on the timeframe you are needing the equipment by and where it is to be sent to.
