A: We have a wide variety of single and multi-gas portable monitors to choose from. We do not rent out anything beyond the selection shown on our Gas Detection Rentals page.

A: You should expect your equipment to be calibrated and in good condition, fully functional and operating within factory specifications. If you are in need of a custom calibration , please let us know before we ship your equipment.

A: We ask that you return the equipment as clean as possible, and of course fully functional. If you encounter technical issues which cause the equipment to cease functionality, you must contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can help you.

A: Currently we do not, our rental area is strictly within the continental US (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).

A: We do not have a preferred shipping vendor. When we contact you to verify your rental request, we will work out a shipping solution based on the timeframe you are needing the equipment as well as when you return the equipment.

Q: What should I do if the rental equipment experiences technical issues?
A: If at any point while using the rental equipment you encounter any kind of technical issue, you need to contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you with phone tech support to try correct the issue if possible. If it is beyond phone tech support, we will ask that you send the equipment back as quickly as possible and will work out an alternative method to help you complete your gas detection project.
